Our Mission
Driving Equal Opportunities Through Integrated Development
Our mission is to serve as a beacon of change for the marginalized. We work for the old, disabled, women, children, and other disadvantaged communities to secure equal opportunities in all spheres of life. From healthcare outreach and educational programs to vocational assistance and the construction of old age homes, RIDO exists to transform neglected lives into empowered ones. We are committed to promoting community-based, sustainable, and inclusive models that enable the most vulnerable to live with dignity, independence, and hope. Every step we take is a step towards a more just, equitable, and humane society.
Our Vision
Creating a Just and Empowered Rural Society
Our vision is to foster a society where no one is left behind—a society where age, disability, gender, or socio-economic status does not determine one’s potential. We envision rural communities that are vibrant, self-sustaining, and inclusive. A society where every child goes to school, every woman is respected and empowered, every disabled individual is supported and enabled, and every elderly person lives in peace. We are determined to make this vision a reality through compassion, strategy, and unwavering commitment.
Our Programs
Sankalpa Kids Centers
Shaping Young Minds Beyond the Classroom
These centers provide children with learning support, creativity workshops, and moral education in a nurturing environment after school. Designed to bridge academic gaps, these centers help rural children dream beyond boundaries.
Women SHG Development
Empowering Women Through Collectives
We support women in forming and managing Self-Help Groups (SHGs), offering them access to credit, training, and decision-making spaces. These collectives spark community development through female-led leadership.
Mobile Health Clinics
Healing on Wheels for the Rural Poor
Our mobile health units bring vital medical services to remote villages. Staffed with doctors and equipped with essential medicines, these clinics are often the only healthcare source in neglected areas.
Geriatric Care Homes
Comfort, Care, and Community for Elders
We operate homes where elderly individuals receive comprehensive support—from meals and medication to mental well-being and companionship—ensuring a graceful life after retirement.
Disability Empowerment Program
From Marginalization to Mainstream Inclusion
We provide skill-building workshops, legal aid, and mobility aids for people with disabilities, helping them participate in society with pride and autonomy.
Youth Skill Development
Creating Opportunities for the Next Generation
Our vocational training programs in tailoring, computer literacy, and mobile servicing equip rural youth with job-ready skills. We help young people gain confidence, income, and purpose.
Our Impact
From Small Villages to Lasting Transformation
Over the years, RIDO has directly impacted thousands of individuals across the Annamayya District. Through our agricultural initiatives, we have increased farmers’ yields and incomes. Our educational programs have brought learning to children who would have otherwise remained illiterate. Women trained under our empowerment programs have launched micro-businesses, becoming breadwinners and role models. We have offered sanctuary and care to the elderly and orphans, and brought medical relief to the most underserved. Our presence has transformed forgotten villages into thriving communities where hope grows alongside crops, and every smile tells a story of resilience.
Our Core Values
Integrity, Inclusivity, Service, Sustainability, Empowerment, and Compassion
At RIDO, our work is underpinned by six core values. Integrity means transparency in everything we do—from our operations to our outreach. Inclusivity ensures that every initiative we undertake reaches all castes, genders, and abilities. Service is our philosophy; we serve not out of charity, but out of solidarity. Sustainability is critical, whether we’re talking about agricultural practices or vocational training. Empowerment drives our every action, ensuring beneficiaries become self-reliant. Compassion is our compass, guiding us in every intervention, every conversation, and every program we develop.
Our Services
Elderly Care Services
Honoring Our Elders with Compassionate Support
RIDO provides comprehensive care to the elderly, including shelter, food, healthcare, and emotional support through our old-age homes and daycare centers. Our facilities are more than just a roof—they are communities where seniors are respected, loved, and given the opportunity to age with dignity.
Women Empowerment Programs
Uplifting Women as Agents of Change
We support women through vocational training, financial literacy, entrepreneurship programs, and self-help groups. Our goal is to transform passive recipients into proactive contributors, making rural women central to community growth and economic resilience.
Education and Child Support
Educating the Future, One Child at a Time
We run Sankalpa Kids Innovative Centers to provide after-school learning support. Our programs address literacy, numeracy, creative thinking, and values-based education, especially for underprivileged children who lack access to quality education.
Disability Inclusion Programs
Empowering the Differently-Abled to Thrive
Our interventions for disabled individuals include skill training, rehabilitation services, and rights advocacy. We work to ensure every person has access to tools that help them lead independent, fulfilling lives.
Healthcare Outreach
Bringing Medical Relief to Rural Frontiers
We organize medical camps, health awareness sessions, and community health programs to reach the unreached. Our initiatives cover maternal health, child immunization, non-communicable disease awareness, and mental health support.
Sustainable Agriculture and Livelihoods
Farming for the Future, Sustaining Rural Economies
We introduce farmers to organic practices, water conservation methods, and better market linkages. Our livelihood projects also include small-scale enterprises in tailoring, dairy, and eco-crafts, ensuring families have stable income sources.
