Our Story and Our Work
From One Vision to Thousands of Lives Changed
Founded in 1994 by a group of socially committed individuals, RIDO began as a modest initiative with a powerful dream—to ensure that no rural citizen in Annamayya District is left without support. From humble beginnings, we’ve grown into a vibrant organization with programs spanning health, education, livelihood, and care. Our grassroots approach and deep community relationships allow us to respond to real needs with real solutions. We believe development is not about charity—it’s about justice. We welcome you to be a part of our mission.

How It Works?
Community Engagement
We begin by listening—conducting surveys, hosting village meetings, and understanding the real needs of the people.
Planning and Customization
Programs are tailored to specific community needs, ensuring each initiative is relevant and responsive to local challenges.
Collaboration and Partnerships
We work with local leaders, government bodies, and global donors to ensure wide-reaching, sustainable interventions.
Capacity Building
We train community members, volunteers, and local staff to carry forward the mission even in our absence.
Implementation
From building centers to launching health camps, we implement our programs with precision, care, and full community participation.
Monitoring and Impact Assessment
Each program is regularly evaluated to ensure it is effective, impactful, and aligned with our mission of transformation.
