Since 1994, the Rural Integrated Development Organisation (RIDO) has worked tirelessly across the Annamayya District of Andhra Pradesh to uplift the lives of the elderly, differently-abled, women, children, and backward communities. Our mission is driven by compassion, equity, and the deep belief that every person—regardless of their socio-economic background—deserves access to health, education, and a dignified life. With a presence in numerous mandals such as Gurramkonda, Kalakada, Valmikipuram, Rayachoti, and others, RIDO stands as a pillar of hope and progress in the rural heartlands of India. We empower communities through sustainable agriculture practices, holistic education, healthcare services, women empowerment initiatives, and old-age care. RIDO is more than an NGO—it’s a community movement transforming despair into dignity, and poverty into possibility.
A Legacy of Rural Transformation Since 1994

Rural Integrated Development Organisation (RIDO) was founded in 1994 with the vision of transforming the lives of rural communities in Andhra Pradesh. What began as a small team of volunteers in Gurramkonda has evolved into a district-wide movement for change, covering multiple mandals including Kalakada, Valmikipuram, Rayachoti, and more.

Our work is people-centric. We address the root causes of inequality—be it lack of education, poor health services, gender bias, or economic vulnerability. Over the years, we have brought education to underserved children, provided dignity to the elderly, empowered women through self-help groups, and created economic opportunities for the disabled.

Our goal is to create sustainable, community-owned solutions that last for generations. We believe that rural people are not just beneficiaries, but leaders in their own development.
